Refund and Return Policy for Hotel The Corporate House

Thank you for choosing Hotel The Corporate House. We strive to offer an excellent experience, but if you need to make changes to your reservation, please review our refund and return policy below:

Our refund and cancellation policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your booking, we may not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a Refund:

To be eligible for a refund or cancellation, your reservation must meet the following criteria:

  • The reservation must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date.
  • Any cancellation or modification requests made within the 30-day window must include a receipt or booking reference number.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain booking types or conditions may not be eligible for refunds, such as:

  • Non-refundable rates: Certain special rates or discounted promotions may be non-refundable.
  • Prepaid reservations: If your booking was prepaid in full, refunds may not be issued unless specified otherwise.
  • Packages: If your reservation includes packages (e.g., event tickets or spa services), refunds may not be issued for these items once the booking is confirmed.

Partial Refunds:

There are certain circumstances where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Reservations with obvious signs of modifications or cancellations after the designated cutoff time.
  • Any booking that is canceled or modified less than 24-48 hours before the scheduled check-in.
  • Any damaged or missing services due to issues not arising from our error.

Refund Process:

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you via email. Refunds are processed within  5-7 business days. A credit will automatically be issued to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank as there might be a delay in posting refunds.

Exchanges:

We only replace bookings or services if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange or rebook for the same type of accommodation, please email us at +91 92799 46846.

Gifts:

If the booking was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the booking was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping and Return Costs:

While we do not have physical product returns, for any special services or fees related to your booking, please note that you will be responsible for paying any shipping costs if applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
